It is not charging my car. I been trying to return it but no one is responding to my email, I haven't found a phone number to talk to someone about the problem.
I placed this order on April 5th with expedited shipping. They charged my card for $103.89 but I have not yet received the product. Sent 3 emails requesting status but have been ignored. Recourse?
My jump starter just stopped working and the led light that shows the percentage of the charge is blank. They won’t respond to emails.
I have sent 4 emails about my jump starter for over a month and they haven’t responded once. And they have no phone number to call them.
I have bought other jump starters. Do not even come close to IMAZING. Won’t make that mistake again.
